Terms and Conditions
These Terms govern your use of tvapps.dev websites, software, applications, web applications, SaaS services, and related services made available across supported platforms.
Effective and last updated: October 1, 2026
1. Agreement to these Terms
By accessing, purchasing, downloading, installing, subscribing to, or using a tvapps.dev product or service (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Individual Services may display additional terms, subscription details, platform rules, or product-specific notices. Those additional terms form part of your agreement for that Service. If they conflict with these Terms, the more specific terms control for that Service to the extent of the conflict.
2. Adults only
The Services are intended only for people who are at least 18 years old. You may not create an account, purchase, subscribe to, or use a Service if you are under 18. By using a Service, you represent that you are at least 18 and legally able to enter into these Terms.
3. Accounts and account security
Some Services require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and recovery information, and for activity performed through your account or devices that you authorize.
You must notify us promptly if you believe your account or a linked device has been accessed without authorization. We may require reasonable verification before restoring access, changing account information, or processing privacy or security requests.
4. License and permitted use
Subject to these Terms and any applicable purchase or subscription requirements, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the applicable Service for its intended purpose.
You may not, except where applicable law expressly permits it:
- copy, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, distribute, or commercially exploit the Services;
- circumvent licensing, authentication, billing, usage limits, access controls, or security features;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or non-public interfaces;
- use automated methods to scrape, overload, probe, attack, or disrupt the Services;
- use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or harmful activity; or
- misrepresent your identity, authorization, affiliation, or entitlement to a purchase or account.
5. Purchases, subscriptions, and billing
Some Services are free and others require a one-time purchase or recurring subscription. The price, billing interval, trial terms, renewal terms, and available features are presented through the applicable Service or purchase platform before you complete a transaction.
Payments may be processed by third parties such as Roku Pay, Stripe, an app marketplace, or another platform provider. Their payment, billing, cancellation, and account rules may also apply to your transaction.
Unless a Service states otherwise, recurring subscriptions continue until canceled. You are responsible for canceling through the same account or platform that manages the subscription before the next renewal date if you do not want it to renew.
Refund eligibility is governed by the purchase channel’s rules, the terms shown at purchase, and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have.
6. Third-party platforms and services
Some Services operate on or interact with platforms, operating systems, stores, payment services, networks, or APIs provided by third parties. Your use of those third-party products is subject to their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services.
Features may change or stop working if a third-party platform changes its APIs, policies, certification requirements, operating system, store rules, or technical capabilities.
7. User content and service data
Some Services allow you to enter, upload, synchronize, store, or transmit information or content. You retain your rights in content you own. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, back up, synchronize, or otherwise handle that content solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the applicable Service.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to provide any content you submit. You may not use a Service to store or transmit material that is unlawful, malicious, infringing, or designed to compromise another person or system.
8. Service availability, changes, and updates
We work to keep the Services available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, outages, internet conditions, platform changes, device limitations, security events, or circumstances outside our control may affect availability.
We may add, modify, suspend, discontinue, or replace features when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, platform compatibility, product development, or operation of the Services. Software updates may be required for continued use.
9. Intellectual property
The Services, including their software, design, interfaces, graphics, names, logos, documentation, and other materials, are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
Third-party names, marks, and platforms remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance in a Service does not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.
10. Copyright and DMCA notices
If you believe material available through a Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act to our designated DMCA agent. Identify the communication as a “DMCA Notice.”

A valid notice should include the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), including identification of the copyrighted work, identification and location of the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, the required good-faith and accuracy statements, and a physical or electronic signature of the authorized person.
If material you submitted was removed or disabled because of a DMCA notice and you believe that occurred through mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers when appropriate. Knowingly making material misrepresentations in a DMCA notice or counter-notice may create legal liability.
You may also use our Contact page to open a pre-addressed DMCA email in your own email client.
For the registered agent record, the U.S. Copyright Office maintains its DMCA Designated Agent Directory.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using a Service at any time. Deleting an app or ceasing use does not automatically cancel a paid subscription managed by a separate billing platform.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, abuse, fraud, security risks, legal obligations, platform requirements, or material violations of these Terms. Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, we may provide notice or an opportunity to correct the issue.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement to the extent those warranties may lawfully be disclaimed.
We do not warrant that every Service will meet every requirement, operate without interruption, remain compatible with every device or third-party platform, or prevent every loss, security event, or data issue. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and security practices for information important to you.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, tvapps.dev and its operators, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising from or related to the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising from a particular paid Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for that Service during the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. For a free Service, aggregate liability will not exceed US $25.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
14. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless tvapps.dev and its operators and affiliates from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit that infringes another person’s rights.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, law, security practices, billing models, or platform requirements. The “last updated” date will be revised when we make changes. If a change materially affects an ongoing paid Service, we will provide additional notice when required by law or reasonably appropriate.
Your continued use of a Service after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires a different form of consent.
16. General terms
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent, but we may transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, reorganization, asset transfer, or similar business transaction.
These Terms are subject to applicable law and any mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived. Platform-specific terms may also apply to software obtained through a third-party marketplace.
